• Usage Information: We automatically collect technical data including IP address, device type, browser information, session duration, pages visited, and feature interactions to improve our platform performance and user experience.

• Payment Information: For subscription payments, we collect billing details through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

• Platform Services: We use your data to provide personalized study planning, AI-powered analytics, cognitive bias detection, progress tracking, performance predictions, and mentorship session scheduling.

• Communication: We send you account notifications, study reminders, progress reports, platform updates, and marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time).

• Improvement & Research: We analyze aggregated, anonymized data to enhance our AI algorithms, develop new features, understand learning patterns, and improve educational outcomes.

• Mentors & Educators: If you subscribe to plans with mentorship sessions, your study data and progress may be shared with assigned mentors to provide personalized guidance.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gestalty, our users, or others.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), encrypted data storage, regular security audits, access controls and authentication, and secure backup systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access & Update: You can access and update your account information anytime through your profile settings.

• Data Export: You may request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format by contacting privacy@gestalty.com.

• Account Deletion: You can request account deletion, which will remove your personal information within 30 days, though we may retain certain data for legal compliance.

• Marketing Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any promotional message or through your account settings.

• Cookie Management: You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Gestalty is designed for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain certain information for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention for up to 7 years.
